Our Discovery
A client was receiving feedback from their employees that a well-defined career path was not present. They were left unsure not only of what roles were achievable from their current position, but also had no idea what requirements it took to get to those roles or if they were headed in the right direction.
Key Challenges
- Employees were left without a clear pathway & did not feel supported at their current roles.
- When it came time to fill roles, the requirements were not well defined prior to listing creating uncertainty among current employees and leadership

The user-friendly management tool in the Power App enabled instructors to better manage classes and students, making the system highly extensivle and adaptable to future changes or growth
Our Solution
Our solution was to develop a custom “Career Pathway” on SharePoint where roles within the company were not only well defined, but there was a concise and interactive map that showed what roles were possible from their current position.
