The manual process involved taking screenshots of each property’s booking calendar and emailing them to stockholders to show available dates. What should have taken just a few minutes with an automated system instead took tens of hours per month, making property booking cumbersome and inefficient.

Solution
Axcend created a custom booking tool that allows stockholders to view property availability online and submit requests through a simple form. Admins can approve or decline these requests, with automatic notifications sent to the shareholders. Additionally, admins can now view and manage booking requests using a single tool.
