Corporate & Employee Goal Tracking

Background

The leadership team of a large construction company faced challenges in tracking and measuring both corporate and employee annual goals. Despite using an existing Goal Tracking & Management tool, they struggled to achieve measurable benefits and had difficulty driving user adoption. They had tried looking at 3rd party tools but were unable to find any solutions that met all their needs.

Challenges

  • The executive team had limited ability to track progress towards achieving corporate and employee goals.
  • The management team couldn’t determine whether their own goals were on track or at risk.
  • Employees often forget to update and maintain their goals.
  • The previous system lacked any accountability or enforcement capabilities.

Our Results

Automatic employee reminders significantly improved the overall success rates for achieving individual goals.

Provided real-time visibility for executive and management teams on the current statuses of all company and employee goals.

Increased individual accountability for achieving goals through enhanced visibility, proactive notifications, and heightened awareness.

Solution

Our project team developed an intuitive user experience to assist in managing both individual and corporate goals. A key feature is the ability to enhance user accountability and provide clear visibility of progress towards achieving these goals.:

  • Automated notifications: Remind employees to update their action items for goals or notify them if they are at risk of not completing them.
  • Progress Tracking: Ensure visibility of an individual’s progress, extending this insight to their managers and other team members to help drive accountability.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Provide visibility and key insights to the management team on their team’s progress and identify goals that may be at risk.
