A well-respected private school that caters to students from diverse backgrounds, was struggling to efficiently monitor their students’ academic progress. They required a reliable and user-friendly Learning Management Tool that not only tracked students’ book scores and major test results but also demonstrated their improvement over time. Their existing system, based on manual Excel data entry, was time-consuming, error-prone, and lacked the comprehensive reporting capabilities necessary for effective educational oversight.

Our Solution
To address these challenges, we developed a tailored solution that integrated Power Apps and Power BI.
Power App: We developed a Power App for instructors that replaced the old Excel-based system, allowing them to easily input data for attendance and scores. The app provided a streamlined interface for managing classes and students, significantly improving the process’s efficiency and accuracy.
Power BI Report: We created a Power BI report that offered quick insights for teachers and key stakeholders. The report visualized the performance of the classes and individual students in real time, making it easy to understand and act upon.
